Featuring a powerful blend of practices, including breathwork, performance psychology, mindfulness, stress management, resilience training, team building—and even intuition—it help attendees unlock peak performance, manage stress, and increase resilience.

Over the course of the day*, through discussion, written reflection, and practical activities, attendees—any level of the organization, from entry-level to senior leadership—not only gain a conceptual understanding of the subjects covered, but an experiential one, leaving the workshop with new tools and techniques that can be immediately used not only to enhance performance, but also for overall personal and professional well-being.

How

  • Performance-enhancing strategies and skills are a key component of our program, which integrates proven techniques from sport psychology, including self-talk, visualization, and performance reflection—practices used by elite athletes to optimize performance under pressure. These evidence-based strategies translate seamlessly into the professional world, helping to optimize decision-making, manage stress, and build confidence. We help professionals develop a high-performance mindset, offering them practical tools to unlock more of their potential in both work and life.

  • Multitasking is a myth—our brains are not equipped to handle multiple complex tasks at once. What we often think of as multitasking is really “task switching,” which reduces cognitive efficiency, increases the likelihood of mistakes, and reduces productivity. Peak performance requires team members to remain present and focused. Mindfulness practices experienced in the session provide tools to be “in wise relationship with the present moment,” in the words of the father of the modern mindfulness movement, Jon Kabat-Zinn, fundamental not only to reduced stress and greater clarity, but to more cogent and confident decision-making.

  • Innovation is often thought of as a cerebral endeavor, yet teams trapped in their heads risk coming up against creative blocks, denying themselves the endless riches the body can offer the creative process—given the chance. In this session, participants make the connection between embodiment and creativity, inspiration, and intuition. A step-by-step process shows the way to accessing their intuition, as well as how it enhances problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and decision-making, making it indispensable to innovation.

  • A functional assessment provides workshop participants with immediate insight into their breathing patterns—including issues of which they may have been unaware. Education on breathing basics elucidates its role regulating emotions, managing stress, and improving focus. Certified instructor-led exercises make the theoretical tangible and serve as practical, powerful tools for daily use. Reflection on how and when to integrate those practices reinforces their adoption—at home and in the office.

  • “Resilience” is often thought of as how quickly someone “bounces back” from adversity. It’s more than that. It’s how someone prepares for, recovers from, and adapts to stress, challenge, or adversity. Workshop participants not only expand their understanding of resilience, but also assess their own—bringing much needed awareness to an area critical to performance and well-being. Exercises facilitate greater self-regulation while building mental agility, fostering adaptability, and equipping teams to respond to uncertainty with confidence.

Additionally, workshop participants learn the fundamentals of sleep hygiene, gaining understanding into the crucial relationships between rest, recovery, and performance.

  • 1 + 1 = 3. Organizations are built on teams—and benefit in innumerable ways when those teams are more collaborative and generative. In this session, attendees reflect on their experiences on teams, explore a host of skills essential to effective teamwork, and put them to the test in a fun, engaging exercise that challenges what they think they know about a team member—and reveals pitfalls they’ve likely overlooked. Teams come away from the exercise with greater trust, improved intra-team communications, and enhanced cohesion and morale among members.
